High Plains Industrial Park

High Plains Industrial Park http://highplainsindustrialpark.com/ has become the dominant location for western Canada distribution centers and ecommerce fulfillment centers in the Calgary market.  The master planned Park consists of approximately 1,200 acres and is located immediately north of the City of Calgary. 

High Plains welcomes Lowe’s Canada (1.24 MSF build to suit for lease) and CHEP Canada (150,000 SF build to suit for lease) to the Park.
