Highwood Development and Highfield Investment Group are pleased to announce their latest development project – a 486,000 SF built-to-suit distribution facility for Best Office Inc. Best Office is a North American distributor of office and home furniture items. High Plains was selected by Best Office given its status as the Go-To distribution centre park in Western Canada.

Presently, the Park is home to Bison Transport, CHEP Canada, DSV Solutions Inc., Gordon Food Service, Home Depot Canada, DSV Solutions Inc., HPIP Building 10, HPIP Building 11, Lowe's Canada, MOBIS Parts Canada Corporation, Moulure Alexandria Moulding, The Peak Group of Companies, Smucker Foods Canada, Sobeys and Walmart Canada as well as numerous local Calgary area businesses. Highwood Development and Highfield are pleased to announce that Moulure Alexandria Moulding (“MAM”) has signed a lease agreement for approximately 195,466 SF of space in High Plains Building 10. MAM is a leading manufacturer and distributor of wood and wood composite mouldings in North America and the world.
According to MAM, this new facility will provide additional distribution capacity, expanded product assortments, improved delivery, customer service and optimized operations. High Plains was a first choice for many reasons but the most important being their team’s expertise and solution-oriented mindset.

High Plains Industrial Park is a 1,500 acre master-planned park that is ‘center-ice’ for western Canada distribution centres and ecommerce fulfillment facilities.
